Project Overview
Xakari is a fitness-focused SaaS platform designed to enhance user engagement, community building, and AI-driven fitness coaching. As the Project Manager and Principal UX/UI Designer, I have been responsible for overseeing the design strategy, user experience, and product development to ensure an intuitive and compelling platform for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

My Role & Responsibilities
As Project Manager:
Defined project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Led cross-functional collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Managed timelines, sprints, and roadmaps to ensure efficient execution.
Implemented Agile methodologies and Scrum processes to improve team efficiency.
Oversaw the development and design of the app, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Managed a team of 5 UX Designers, 10 Developers, and 5 Data Engineers to drive product success.
As Principal UX/UI Designer:
Conducted user research & competitor analysis to refine product-market fit.
Designed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components.
Built a scalable design system to maintain consistency across the platform.
Prioritized accessibility and usability testing to ensure a seamless experience.

The strategic UX decisions and iterative design process are ensuring a user-centric and scalable platform, setting the foundation for long-term success. Currently we are at 50% completion of MVP, and are on track to hit Beta testing
