Problem
An independent music label faced the challenge of a band that couldn't afford to pre-pay for merchandise before a tour. They sought a solution to enable fans to purchase tour-exclusive merchandise through an app that verified concert tickets. The app would also address the issue of fans missing part of the show due to long merchandise lines.
Solution
The Tour Merchandise App was conceived as a solution to these problems. It aimed to provide a convenient and accessible way for fans to purchase merchandise without waiting in lines and to prevent fraud through ticket verification.

Fraud Prevention: Implement a robust system to verify concert tickets and prevent unauthorized purchases.
Research Methodology:
Live User Interviews: Conducted in-person interviews with concert-goers waiting in lines at music venues during Spring 2019.
Key Questions:
Are you planning on any merchandise at the concert? Why or why not?
